Shipping:
We ship via UPS. Our mobility systems and accessories are carefully packed. We make every effort to ship the product you order within five (5) working days of receiving your payment. Since we are full-time travelers we may be traveling to a new location at the time of your order. If timing is critical to you please call us (1-916-216-5491) and we will do everything we can to meet your schedule.
Return Policy:
Our mobility systems and accessories are carefully packed and should arrive in good condition. However, if they don't for some reason we will happily provide you with a return authorization number and will ship replacement products as soon as possible. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the complexities of commissioning a HughesNet account, No refunds and no returns are allowed on any complete mobility system. While no refunds or returns are allowed, your HughesNet equipment is fully warranted by HughesNet for the life of your 24-month contract
