Regretfully, we will no longer be commissioning new HughesNet systems. This decision was a difficult one for us as we enjoyed helping travelers access this technology.
A couple of factors have led us to this decision. Some of our key system components have been difficult to obtain, but the most influential issue is the additional requirements placed on us by HughesNet to commission new systems. With these new requirements we cannot guarantee we will be able to put people on the satellites they want.
To our customers: We will continue to fully support you. This support will continue for at least one year from the date of your purchase. However, even after the one year support is up we will do all that we can to help you with issues you may have.
